This policy explains what personal data biolysate.com collects, why, and how long it is kept. It is written in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who processes your data
The data controller is LLC BOATSWAIN SHOP (registry code 44802944), 67803, Ukraine, Odesa region, Odesa district, village of Lymanka, vulytsia Sportyvna, Druzhnyi residential area, building 3/2, office 165.

What we collect
Only what you enter in the enquiry form: name, company name, country, type of activity, email address, phone number, preferred channel and language, farm area, crops, convenient time and the text of your message.
Technical server data (request address, time, browser type) is processed by our hosting provider for security purposes and is not used for profiling.
Why we process it
The only purpose is to answer your enquiry about the White Label licence and to carry on the resulting business correspondence.
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who receives the data
The enquiry arrives at our corporate mailbox and may be duplicated to an internal messaging channel so that it is answered quickly.
We use an email delivery provider and a hosting provider, which act as data processors under contract. Data is never sold or passed to advertising networks.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact and are then deleted. If a contract is concluded, the retention period follows accounting and tax requirements.
Your rights
You have the right to obtain a copy of your data, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict processing, to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to license@biolysate.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country.
Transfers outside the EU
Our production and operating companies are located in Ukraine and Moldova. Where your data is transferred there, it happens on the basis of your consent and with appropriate contractual safeguards in place.
