What you are buying

A White Label licence is not production technology — it is a right plus a ready business system.

You buy a non-exclusive five-year White Label licence for local manufacturing, filling, labelling and distribution of BIOSPRAY under your own trademark, plus supply of standardised BIOLYSATE RAW and a ready commercial infrastructure.

Your own brand (White Label)

You register your trademark. BIOSPRAY is sold under your name — websites, packaging, CRM and advertising are adapted to you. Royalties apply to external sales only.

BIOLYSATE RAW

Upstream technology (bioreactors, strains, protocols) stays with the manufacturer. You receive a controlled raw-material supply with a Certificate of Analysis on fixed terms.

Ready infrastructure

HOME + AGRO websites, CRM, social accounts, advertising material, packaging, content and the customer acquisition system are already built.

Scientific basis

Chlorella: cell structure and use in agriculture

BIOLYSATE RAW and BIOSPRAY are built on the biomass of the microalga Chlorella — one of the best-studied photosynthetic microalgae in agronomy and biotechnology.

How the cell is built

Chlorella is a single-celled spherical green microalga (2–10 µm). The cell has a strong cellulose wall, one large chloroplast body with chlorophylls a and b, a nucleus and storage compounds (starch, lipids, proteins). Its high photosynthetic activity lets it accumulate biomass quickly along with a rich set of biologically active compounds: amino acids, vitamins, polysaccharides, phytohormone-like substances and antioxidants.

Why this matters for plants

After controlled cell lysis (breaking the wall), the biologically active components become available for uptake by leaves and roots. Chlorella-based products are reported to improve stress tolerance, activate metabolism and support root development. It is a 100% natural organic product.

Use in agriculture

In farming, chlorella-based products are used for foliar application, drip irrigation, seed treatment and protected cropping. This covers cereals, vegetables, fruit crops and greenhouse operations. The BIOSPRAY format also allows use in the home segment (houseplants, garden).

From biomass to product

Upstream production of BIOLYSATE RAW stays with the manufacturer: cultivation, quality control, batch standardisation. The licensee receives ready raw material with a Certificate of Analysis, dilutes and fills it under its own brand — with no transfer of strains or cultivation secrets.

European agricultural context

Chlorella vulgaris in European agriculture

A short overview: why Europe invested in microalgae, which practical programmes were studied, and why in 2026 the focus is shifting from proof of concept to affordable adoption at scale.

€559 m

EU investment in 219 algae-related projects (2014–2023), all species and applications

20–50%

Potential reduction in nitrogen mineral input needs in individual development programmes

2015–2025

Period of the VegaAlga and REDWine example projects

2026

Priority is lower production cost and adoption across thousands of hectares

1. Why Europe became interested

The European Green Deal, the Farm to Fork strategy and the goal of reducing mineral protection and nutrition inputs made microalgae strategically important. Chlorella vulgaris drew attention because it:

  • grows fast and accumulates valuable nutrients
  • supports root development and crop resilience to drought, heat and disease
  • may, in suitable programmes, help lower nitrogen mineral input rates without yield loss
  • can be cultivated on side streams (winery effluent, fermentation CO₂, drainage water) — a circular economy model

2. What Europe was trying to achieve

The search was for crop-support technologies that reduce dependence on classical chemistry, improve soil and plant resilience and create additional value for farmers.

Funding context: between 2014 and 2023 the EU invested €559 million in 219 algae-related projects. There is no separately verified figure for Chlorella vulgaris in crop production alone — funding ran through broader programmes.

What was tested in practice

2015–2017 · VegaAlga

Developed an on-farm system for producing a microalgae product for crop support. Reported results: roughly 30% lower spend on nutrition inputs and a 10–15% vegetable yield increase.

2021–2025 · REDWine

Cultivated Chlorella vulgaris using CO₂ and winery effluent. The biomass was also considered for vineyard support: stress tolerance, nitrogen nutrition, aromatic quality.

EIP-AGRI operational groups

Operational groups (often with budgets around €500–600 thousand) tested microalgae approaches on tomatoes, wheat, citrus and vineyards.

University data

Studies in Spain, Italy, Portugal and other EU countries recorded effects on germination, root development, nitrogen and phosphorus accumulation and stress tolerance.

Where things stand — 2026

REDWine ended in late 2025, but the field keeps developing. New publications treat Chlorella vulgaris as a natural plant-support product, while Horizon Europe and national programmes continue to fund microalgae research and low-input farming.

The question has changed. The debate is no longer about whether chlorella works. The practical task is to lower production cost, standardise quality and scale reliable application across thousands of hectares.

Clean agriculture at cell level

Organic purity starts with the cell

BIOLYSATE is an industrial lysate of Chlorella vulgaris: a concentrated cellular product, 100% natural organic material for cleaner crop-growing systems. This positioning simplifies registration in Europe and other countries.

Our goal is straightforward

To help partners grow produce with a genuinely cleaner input profile — not merely less chemistry, but a disciplined system based on natural cellular material, controlled manufacturing and proven local practice.

1. How the lysate supports crop physiology

Chlorella lysate is designed to support the plant's natural processes at cell level: root system development, resilience in adverse conditions and more efficient use of soil resources. The formula contains no added synthetic active substances.

2. Industrial availability

Controlled cellular raw material, BIOLYSATE RAW, is available for local manufacturing and use at larger scale — without transfer of the upstream technology.

Our position: the technical and commercial foundation already exists. We invite farmers, agricultural companies and producers of natural solutions to evaluate a structured partnership.

For farmers

A structured path from planning to application on your own land — for those who want to test a cleaner crop-support system.

For agricultural companies

A controlled platform for local manufacturing, product development and market entry in agriculture and natural technologies.

A platform for long-term cooperation

Available cellular raw material, controlled documentation, local manufacturing and a flexible licence model.

Partnership options

Technology and formula licence

Use of the approved technology, production documentation and commercial framework under a controlled licence.

White Label under your brand

Manufacturing and sale of a local product under your own trademark, packaging and commercial strategy.

Joint organic farming portfolio

Joint development of a wider range of natural solutions for organic and sustainable agriculture.

What is already fully set up

The working model demonstrates infrastructure, not an idea.

🖥️ CRM system

All websites feed one CRM. Form enquiries land in the funnel automatically. The manager sees the customer, the status and the history.

📱 Social media and advertising

Connected: Telegram, Viber, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, TikTok. Advertising is set up on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other channels.

📦 Turnkey logistics

Nova Poshta · Ukrposhta · Meest · Rozetka. The customer picks the option they prefer when the order is confirmed.

📞 Order handling

The customer leaves an enquiry → the manager calls → confirms → the goods ship with the chosen carrier.

Important: all of this already runs on the live websites. It is not "we can set it up" — it is "already set up and taking orders".

What the licence purchase includes

Economics

The manufacturer carries the technological burden of raw material production. The commercial margin and the brand belong to the buyer.

≈ €0.12 / l

Approximate cost of one litre of finished biospray made from BIOLYSATE RAW (excluding packaging: bottles, canisters, print).

Why a farmer benefits from owning organic production under their own brand

Your own brand plus controlled raw material means both savings in the field and an additional revenue channel.

  • Minimal product cost. One litre of finished biospray made from BIOLYSATE RAW costs approximately €0.12 (excluding packaging).
  • Substantial savings on your own fields. Seasonal treatment cost for one hectare of field or industrial crops is roughly €58 to €104 per season; for intensive orchards and vineyards, €185 to €577 per hectare. That is far cheaper than imported equivalents from global corporations.
  • An additional revenue channel (commercial sales). The same brand can be sold to other farms, greenhouses and through retail. Market margin is high: the retail range runs roughly €6.8 to €25 depending on volume and purpose.
  • Ready infrastructure for the start. The model includes the already configured HOME and AGRO websites, CRM, advertising channels and logistics (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta and others) — no time or money spent building marketing from zero.
  • No royalty on internal use. Application on the licensee's own assets carries no royalty. The 3.5% royalty is paid on external commercial sales only.

1. Own consumption

The farmer uses the product on their own farm and controls the internal economics. Lower spend on external crop-support inputs.

2. External sales

The same brand is sold to other farms, greenhouses, nurseries and through digital channels.

3. Both economics at once

Less dependence on outside suppliers plus a new commercial line of business.
